Does this mean someone outside of canada eligible in all fields cannot apply to manitoba if they dont have a relative??

Do i have to have someone in manitoba to be eligible to submit my EOI??

They have other program if you dont have a relative. Check out their strategic recruitment initiative program.

I just looked into it , looks like nothing has been seen for recruiting folks in 2171 NOC currently.

Did your supporter got confirmation email from MPNP for submission of sp2 ? Actually I submitted my full application on 6th March 2018 and my sp2 was submitted on 9th April. But my supporter haven't got confirmation email yet...

Not yet, i dont think they send any confirmation email to the supporter. My full application was submitted april 3, and sp2 sent april 16. Alright lets keep each other updated and good luck to all of us.

He will have to explain (and be very convincing) of why he prefers to settle in Manitoba where his friend is instead of BC where his sibling is.

My Name is Gurpreet and I've an active profile of MPNP. In Manitoba I do have close relatives, more then 7 years experience in an occupation on Manitoba's In-demand Occupation list; and have CLB-8. My scores are 618 and here's below the draw shows lowest scores are 605, although I haven't received an Invitation to Apply or Letter of Advice to Apply. Can you please let me know where do I have to check or confirm whether I received an Invitation or not as unfortunately, I have already deleted my mails and spams.
