Hello Anton,
Do you mean A level and O Level from Cambridge? If so, you need to :
fill out your WES request form,
go on Cambridge website,
register/pay and upload the WES form. You do not need to send WES copy of your O level, A level certificates. WES did not specify what you should do after your registration?

hi thanks for the help WES have only asked for the ABE diploma only but my visa consultant is telling me to send sri lankan o/l and a/l certificates through the education department

For AL amd OL you get some points. That is why your consultant is asking to send those too. But if your sending those you need to add that in your WES appreciation .
The process to get is 2 methods
- You go to the Department of examination fill the form and submit. You can request it to be courriered directly to WES.
- You can arrange a private courrier , inform the Examination Department that you will send the courrier . They give u a token , your courrier has to collect it from there.
Not.a difficult thing
Also when ur applying for this, get another extra copy to your hand because you need it later to submit the application after.ITA
