Is there anyway we can contact the Embassy at Bangalore and send a complaint that things are extremely slow there?

No idea ... and even if you somehow get it touch , I believe it’s of no use ..

yes, I linked my paper-based application to online the very next day on 29th April. that's how I got to know my medical gas passed.

But looks like nothing is happening there too.. They expect so much of perfection from us.. On what basis? Of course they don’t care about us but this is really not correct.

you can try to submit a request letter to expedite your student visa sooner along with priority request form at vfs
