NO UPDATE OF STUDENT STUDY PERMIT FROM 31 DAYS

Hello guys, I am from Pakistan I have applied for student visa via online CIC, it's been one month the status is remained unchanged. STATUS is : WE ARE REVIEWING YOUR APPLICATION. My first application was rejected and the letter was received by me after 25 days after the submission of my first application which was submitted via VFS GLOBAL.

Can anyone tell me how much time they will take? As my college is starting in 2nd week of MAY! I have very limited time.
