Why my Biometrics status not updated?

Hello everyone,

I'm currently an F1 student in the U.S applying for Canada visitor visa. I had my biometrics done at a USCIS Application Support Centre on April 09 but until today on the CIC website it's still showing "We need your fingerprints to process your application. Check your messages below for details".
I'm really worry now because my friend who is also an F1 did it on April 13, at the same location that I went but later that night his application showed "Completed" for biometrics.

Have anyone encountered this before ? Did they not submit my biometrics ? If yes but they just have not updated it on the application site, how can I check it ?

Do you know if there is a way to check it's a system delay ? I know I'm a bit rushy here, the reason is I need to be in Canada before May 18 and I don't want to book the ticket too closed to that day because it'll be expensive.

Try phone call them, as far I know there is no way to rush it...
