Need help with ADR: WES Assessment report

Hey Guys/Gals,
Hope to get some advice. I received an ADR to submit my WES report.
The request letter had the document request listed under my UCI number. Also the upload option is only available under my list of documents in the submitted application page.
My question is: Should I submit my wife's WES report along with mine?? or will that come up as a separate request.

If they have asked for your ECA, then submit that only.
