I had received an ITA on 15th of December, 2017 with 537 points in Express Entry profile and submitted all of my documents by January 1st, 2018. Unfortunately I was rejected after the document verification as I had not attached my T4 and Salary Slips in my application. So I reapplied by creating a new Express Entry Profile on February for which I received another ITA that same week. So this time I uploaded all the necessary documentation on March 2nd 2018, It has been a month and half since I had uploaded all the documents and I have still not received any response from IRCC. Meanwhile I have read in many forums that response is being received as early as 2 or 3 weeks as was the case in my previous application which was rejected. Would anyone know a reason as to why it is taking such a long time for me to receive the response? Would there be something wrong with my application as such?

What response are you expecting? Did you receive AOR when you submitted your application on Mar 2?
Yes I received an AOR when I submitted the application. The last time I had submitted the application I received a response (rejection though) in a matter of just 2 weeks. But this time it has been a month and a half and still no response.

What response are you actually waiting? Isn’t it a good sign that you didn’t receive a rejection after 2 weeks?

Did you pass the medical exam? This is actually the first update.

What is the status of your CIC account?

Keep in mind the average processing time for EE is 6 months. It could be a while before you hear anything back. Be patient.

Your previous application was rejected quickly because the very first thing IRCC does is to check your application for completeness.

Are you sure that the rejection reason was missing T4 and salary slips? These are not mandatory documents. They are only needed if you don't have a proper experience letter from the employer.

Yes it was very clearly written in the rejection letter that they did not find the T4 and Salary Slips attached and hence could not ascertain my 1 year work experience here in Canada. There were comments on my work experience letter as well saying it did not clearly mention about my work description here in Canada. I was a little surprised by that as the work experience letter was pretty good I thought.

I checked the waiting period mentioned in ircc for a new PR Card and it shows 57 days as if today. It has been more than 2 months now and I don't see any response from IRCC regarding my application. Is there any way I can make sure I am not wasting my time just waiting for the response?
