Background check exceeded one year

Anyone have their background check exceed one year?
Applied in Feb 2017, BG check since April and we heard nothing till now!

If anyone has any information, please let us know.

Yes, the ATIP a couple of times. Everything passed and now it is i the bg check and nothing is happening :/
