I was enrolled in a program last year and receieved student visa till November 2018.
I studied for two months and I withdraw from the program due to college strike in Canada.
I came back to India without applying for any other course or college at that time. Now I have applied desired
program for September 2018 intake. But my student visa is valid till november. I have two months to study with my visa before it expires.
What is the problem I will face after going to Canada with immigration people ?

It is possible given you withdrew from your course that your study permit has been cancelled. Colleges can report withdrawals to IRCC.

It is best you reapply, your study permit can only remain valid as long as you are student but given your withdrawal, it makes your study permit void as they(CIC) are already informed about it.

Any withdrawal from school can lead to the possible cancelation of your SP. As you are aware you can't stay in Canada with a Study permit when you are not in school as it violates the study permit rules

If the IRCC are not replying your mails, have you tried calling them?

Why did you return? You did a big mistake. You should have applied to another program there on the same study permit. T

Till today I am not sure whether my study permit was cancelled or not.

I have dropped a mail to IRCC explaining my case but not yet got any reply from them.

How can I confirm whether my study permit was cancelled or not ?

I really don't know what can be done buddy. In this case, you should directly contact Canadian embassy or visit it if you can. Only Canadian officers or experts can tell you what could be done.
But I know one thing, as long as study permit is valid, one can go to Canada. But now it would be difficult because border officers at the airport will not let you enter. They will ask you plenty of questions and will definitely ask you why did you return and why didn't you select another program after dropping your first program. So, I will advise you to directly contact Canadian experts and explain everything to them. They will be able to guide you in the right direction. Stay positive and brave. Good luck dear.
