I have changed the date in PDF and than take the printout is it OK?

Sounds fine. Make sure that you point out that something was changed after the forms were generated.

i sent them all supporting document along with university transcript in main envelop. also i forget to mentioned the reference number on main envelop. i am worried about it.

Hi, I need help in filling Section-B of IQAS ECA Application checklist.

I want to know that what to mention in the space given below the lines:
1) Photocopy of the degree/diploma (name in the original language)
2) Photocopy of transcripts/statement of marks:
3) Transcripts (mark sheets, grade reports) issued by:

I have done Diploma from IP inuversity, Btech from MDU and done MBA from SMU and PGDM from IMT CDL. I the Section-B of IQAS ECA Application checklist there is only space given for two academics under Post Secondary academic documents what to do as i have Four degrees which are Post secondary.

While filling the IQAS online application, do we also need to mention school certificates (like 10th and 12th) or only the ones which need to be evaluated like graduation and post grad?
Also while sending the physical application do we need to send photocopy of 10 and 12th certificates?

10 ans 12 grade are not required as mentioned on thier application form. They are optional.

If yes, then did you submit only SMU Masters transcript?
or did you submit even her bachelors transcript?
