Depends what you're planning to bring during your landing.

If its only personal belongs (clothing, toiletries, identification, etc.) within 2-3 suitcases then I'd say you don't need the B4A. If its a lot more than that and you're bringing small furniture, decor, boxes, etc. in addition to your personal belongings, then I would fill out the B4A.

For anyone wondering about pre-arrival services letter and what it means - we called our local MP to see what it meant, she said she had several calls asking this same question. She called IRCC and they told her that it more or less means a positive decision is on its way!

Not sure yet! But it will be very shortly after COPR

Ours took about 6 weeks from pre-arrival letter to DM/PPR, however that included a time delay from having to send in additional docs. So normally it would have been about 3 weeks.

She checked out application status and

Eligibility/criminality and security are all passed according to her!
