Thanks for your response. .. BT if she eventually gets ppr can she still apply for him after they get married ?Technically, Yes. But you should keep in mind that a ban is not a good thing and may effect her application as well unless you do have a proper justification about it. If you are guilty (your brother in law) things can get more complicated. If he is found inadmissible your sister's application will also be effected. Play safe by waiting for the PPR which can come any time in this month i believe.
After getting ppr how soon can she apply for him? Does she need to relocate to Canada first before applying ?Of course yes. But that will be spousal sponsorship. That’s a different ball game altogether That could take a long time.

Thanks. Please refer my profile for timeline ('click to expand').Congrats! Your timeline plz
It was 7 days but they suggested to send docs in email. How long did they give you to return the ADR? Was it 7 days or 30 days? Cheers
Yes it looks like they are gonna take long. I also asked to which they replied don't do medical unless we tell you to do mine will expire next month.Yes, I asked if they could extend and VCM confirmed they did. I'm not sure if it's a good or bad sign though. I worry it means they are a long way from processing my file so they know they require that extension.
Why you did medial after 1 year? Thanks. Please refer my profile for timeline ('click to expand').
