I even tried what you said. With (.) it giving error and with N/A not applicable Not Applicable it show no applications found. I think i never find it. I tried for 1 week. Nothing worked

Dear same is the case with my wife’s application as she has single name and we didn’t get any confirmation email after submission of visa form so we don’t name file number.
I have raised CSE for technical difficulty and maybe I get response in few days as it’s been six months we filed visa applications. Will let you know of the outcome if any received.
Meanwhile you can check your email that you may have received after submission of visa application. If you find it then you will have your file number and you can link your application within minutes with the help of file number

I cant believe that their system is so poorly developed. Did you try with entering your first name both in first name and last name field????

try 3 things,
1) put your name in both the first name as well as last name fields. both should be same
2) leave first name blank and enter your name in only the last name field
3) if you first name consists of 2 words then enter one word in first name and another word in last name

nothing worked dear. I have been trying different methods for past six months till yesterday.
And toady morning I received the good news that my study permit and family visa is approved :)

the problem is I don't have any mail regarding this.

I already tried these things even now its not working.
