is anyone else also experiencing cic system down since last week ? I cannot complete my permanent residency application for federal skilled category, please can someone help. Thanks

Maybe clarify exactly what issue you have. You are unable to access the system, unable to complete forms, unable to validate forms, unable to upload any data ?
