IQAS ECA timeline tracking

Timeline for the much awaited ECA for my girl friend.

All documents (Application and All Transcripts) reached IQAS: 12th Jan 2018

1st AoR: 20th Jan 2018 (after follow up)
2nd AoR: 2nd Mar 2018

ECA Soft copy: 9th Apr 2018
Total time taken: 12 Weeks from receiving documents.

Courses she has completed:
Bachelor of Science from University of Kolkata (3 years)
Master of Science from University of Kolkata (2 years)
Post Graduate Diploma in Management from IMT CDL (2 years)

Credentials given:
Masters credential for University of Kolkata degree.
University Diploma credential for IMT CDL - PGDM.

Hi, So your IMT degree is counted as post graduation diploma not master?

As per the courier status, my transcripts are delivered on 20th and 28th Feb, and application on 16th March but no AOR for anything till now.

what .. usually application gets delivered earlier than transcripts
anyways i think 1st AOR is for application and 2nd AOR is for transcripts.. so probably yours is delayed because you still have to wait for 1st AOR...
We got 1st AOR for application on 3-APR when application was delivered on 27-Feb

Yes, I send my application by royal mail UK and they had taken 25 days and not delivered in last, later I send by DHL and it received on 15th March. As per your timelines, I should get first AOR May first week.

i think your first AOR should come in last week of April

Hello Everyone I got my ECA report today which reads as following:

COMPARATIVE LEVELS OF ACHIEVEMENT IN CANADA:

The combination of Bachelors and masters degree generally compares to the completion of :
A four year bachelors degree with a focus in information technology , and
a Masters of business administration degree.

Does this mean I can claim points for Masters degree now. ? Its a bit different from how WES sends the evaluation.
Please help in reading the report.

i think that guy, who said he received AOR2 on 2-APR for 17-MAR delivery, got it wrong or got extra lucky....

I have not seen anybody else getting AOR1 or AOR2 with documents delivery in March...

not sure what to do than wait

I have not seen anybody else getting AOR1 or AOR2 with documents delivery in March...

That's good news...so it took 5 weeks for your AOR2.... Perhaps I will get AOR2 within next 2 weeks if this trend continues..

Btw why did you have 3 deliveries after application delivery...3 degrees?

Asking as I think they review all degree documents and transcripts before sending AOR2 and yours was reviewed quickly

1st.....Registered nurse diploma
2nd .....Registered midwife diploma
3rd.......Verification of registeration of licence from the Nursing and midwifery council of Nigeria
