I am back with my question on PCC - never ending with Spain .... I reached out to the Indian Embassy in Madrid and this is what they had to tell me -
"In India, once a person applies for PCC, the police authorities enquire about that person at the address given by him/her. If you have any relatives known to you, who live in the Indian address mentioned in your passport, you may apply for PCC through them. You may give an authority letter to one such relative, signed before the Consular Officer of the Embassy, and ask him to approach the police station for PCC. If you have no relatives staying in the address mentioned in your passport, then Indian police authorities may not be able to issue the PCC for you. The Embassy of India, Madrid cannot issue a PCC for you. It is to be issued by the police authorities in India, and the Embassy can only issue a supplementary PCC on the basis of the Indian PCC, apostilled by MEA, New Delhi, for the Spanish authorities"

Question is - I have a 5 year old PCC from India with an apostille and a recent one from India but obtained before my travel back to Spain when I was in India on a short vacation. Should I use either of them to get a supplementary PCC or start the process all over again in India and just use the new one without any supplementary PCC? Sorry for the long post

Since now we have some data to work with.

March 26 draw with 446. So 450+ are cleared. So 450+ on March 26, 0
April 04, 451-460 = 1273, 601-1200 = 147, So 450+ on April 04, 1420.

That is 158 profile above 450+ per day

Well that doesn't look very encouraging. We have to have the 3500+ ITAs going every two weeks and some back to back draws in between and no 3 weeks draw please!

I wouldn't be so pessimistic, 450's and 440's should wash with 3500/3500+ ITA's per draw (and lets hope for back to back draw).

Then we will have only new applicants to be worried about and they always come more or less... We had people stuck at 440+ and below for too long.

I think you will because when I logged in my profile was in submitted status and after cllicking on the application I saw two filed in progress section. So those two 'in progress' filed did not affect the profile 'submitted' status. Just be patient and I think you will receive the email soon.

Guys check your EE profile. I hadnt changed anything but still saw ttoday that there were some changes made in my profile. I think they added one question in the language section.

This appeared in both mine and my spouses Language section. I selected English and then submitted my profile again.

Yes, I also observed that in the morning. I made the proper selection and re-submitted the profile. Anyways, I dont think the score will go down till 435 any sooner. Let's hope they consistently announce draws after every 2 weeks with an intake of 3500+.
Whenever they announce draw after 3 weeks, the cut-off exceeds again.

I am appearing for a third IELTS within a month and a half and I am not even in the pool yet. At least you can afford to take slow as you are already in the pool.

I suggest that you enter the pool regardless and just change your IELTS score when you get new & better results. Think of tie breaking rule, which may affect you.

M new here. My score was 460. I submitted on April 4th. I'm just realizing I need to wait for 24 hours. I really do hope and pray I get it!
