My AOR is 22 Dec 2016, FSW-O. My file was transferred to NDVO in Jan 2017 and in March I had got a call from a lady from NDVO inquiring about my job. After that my file moved in IP2 and since then it has been in IP2. After not seeing any movement in my status which ideally should have been PPR, I ordered GCMS notes which read 'to be called for interview'. The comments were they had tried reaching my university and college to verify my MBA degree but apparently they were denied any information over the call and that's why it was put in the queue for interview. Also, the lady who had called didn't find my English good (just for info- my IELTS band is 8)
It's been 10 months and my GCMS notes still read the same. I have written couple of emails, raised CSEs enquiring about my status and my sister who lives in Canada has tried to reach CIC via MP route but we are uanble to get any update from NDVO. Every time we are given same response that my file is awaiting officer's review. And GCMS notes say 'to be called for interview'. Neither they are calling me for the interview nor they are moving my file ahead.
Seniors, please help. What should I do? I even went to my university and college to check if there is any contact number or email ID which I can share with NDVO. They said there is a standard procedure any embassy/consulate needs to follow in order to avail any information of the candidate. They don't entertain calls.
Please help
