I got DM and Pre-arrival on March 30 and no updates after. Does anyone have an idea why it's taking longer for receiving PPR?

Application received 29 April 2017 AOR1 may 2017 file transferd to NDVO December 2017 telephonic interview on Feb 8 2018 and now interview at ND

I tracked my passport status on VFS site just now and it’s saying that your processed passport has beeen dispatched from Canada visa office on 10/04/2018 to the Canada visa application centre.
