Based on my call to RCMP Ottawa it was mailed to Vancouver March 19th.
Last time i called IRCC customer service (over a week ago) i was told the FP had not been received yet. I will try calling again sometime this week.

Some time different agents give different answers for the same question. You need to call again to check it out.

But when I applied I wrote Regina's address on my form but I updated to Saskatoon as soon as I got my AOR.

Most October applicants from Saskatoon got oath in April. Some got early but not a lot. 5-6 months from application date is realistic expectation I think.
