What exactly would you like to know about the notes? There isn't much in them, just waiting for the security check. Everything else seems to have passed successfully.

How do you know that your bg is on ip2

Because it went from in progress to NA and then to in progress again. That's the sign of IP2

Not started. Due date July 1 2018.
However it's Security 2 that's not started. There is also Security field (I assume Security 1), that has been fully redacted.

We did our landing on March 11, 2018 at Coutts, AB and I linked my PR card application to mycic on March 13, 2018. So far I haven't received my PR card, but the typical processing time is around 2 months. We'll see.
