How do you know you are in Background check? Mine is telling checking background from the very first step

No, we cannot predict anything unfortunately. Some people from December got PPRs, while some people from November are still waiting.
My application was ready for the PPR a month ago. I’m still without it.

That's what they always say. From my friends' experience it shouldn't take more than 2.5-3 month after medical request to get passport request.

I send a webform to cic on march 23 regarding my upfront medical but I didn't hear anything from them.. what should i do?? Please advise

I have same situation I sent it on same day we cannot do anything just wait
