How to do an affidavit in UAE

I got an ita and preparing my documents , how can i prepare for an affidavit? So i write a statement, then what ? should i get it certified or notarized? should i do it with a lawyer or a notary public ?

I am going to answer my own question for future reference for anyone : you take your written statement to Dubai courts and ask to authorise you're signature, there's a service there called signature authorisation .

Can i ask how much it costed? I live in Dubai as well and I wanted an affidavit for letter of authorization for bank account ( pof)
