October 11th 2017 - Citizenship Applicants under 3/5 rule

Hey guys just got back from Surrey and the Test!

First off it's much easier than you expect. I would say 2 or 3 questions are tricky and all others are just what you've seen over and over on online tests. I passed a score of 18/20. Don't tense up about the test. Do your best to study as much as you can. It's pretty straight forward.

Secondly I made a mistake on one of my travel dates and the officer picked on it through my stamps but she wasn't concerned about it, in fact she was super friendly and she corrected it on my application. I traveled to 8 countries last year and I got one of the months wrong (correct dates).

Lastly she said they are already booked for oath till the end of may and possibly mid June, but because I requested an urgent processing, they are going to squeeze me in for May. So just so you know Oaths in Vancouver area are all booked till the end of May.

Can somebody please update my sheet under Rezafc - much appreciated. And all the best to everyone.

Got the test invite for April. 16 at Scarborough. Application recieved on October 18th, got the AOR on Dec. 8th and in process on Dec. 21st. Single/Toronto.

May I ask you received the invite via email or paper letter?

Passed my test in surrey(19/20)
In interview the guy was friendly.checked my id’s and matched all my travel dates with passport. In the end he said everything looks good in my file but they are still waiting for security clearances. And he had my updated physical presence calculater which I sent later after getting AOR

Do update us when you get email/mail letter on where the test is? Scarborough or Mississauga. Today, few Brampton applicants have received test invites from Scarborough visa office. Not seen anyone getting a test invite from Mississauga for April.

I am waiting for DM since my test on Feb 15. Anyone else who had test in Feb and waiting for DM????

Also I had my test on February. The officer asked me to provide police certificate from UAE. I submitted it on March 14th and the decushion made was March 23rd. Still waiting for the oath. Edmonton office

I did my test in Mississauga on March 7th and still "In Process"...
The thing is so frustrated when at the interview I saw couples got their Oath date set with the officer while people like me should suck it up!

I'm wondering is FP request has any affect on the process time, and when do you think I can possibly get the test invite?
(PS. I'm aware this is such a useless question, and simply posting it to handle my anxiety. Though feel free to answer.)

My application is showing in process since 1st December, but I haven't received test invite yet. Is anyone in similar condition? What could be reason for this?
