You cannot apply for an LMIA. Only an employer can apply for an LMIA. You need to find an employer in Canada who is willing to give you a job and also willing to apply for an LMIA.

There are several job sites out there you can find with a simple 'job opportunities' search in google. You need to figure out where you want to go and what jobs you can do (Canada is a very big country). Employers generally won't employ someone who is not in the country as THEY need to apply for the LMIA. This is to prove no other permanent resident can do the job. This costs money and they need to advertise for at least 2 months.

You have to apply for jobs through sites like linkedin and workopolis.

Generally speaking, it's next to impossible to find a job since most employers are not willing to go through the LMIA process.
