Express Score 400

Hi
My Express Entry score is only 400. also, as I do not have 5 employees in my firm therefore I cannot even apply for PNP (provincial Nominee Program) or LMIA.
I am so confused, my work permit/visa is only available till July 2019.
it has been over a year I am working at this company, should I think of changing the job and apply where there are at least 5 people in the firm ?

i got 7.5 overall in IELTS. 6887(w/r/l/s)
and honestly, I tried giving it 3 times already. and my score is not increasing.
the only option coming to my mind is if I wait and apply after2 year of completion of my work. but still it will not make a huge difference as 2 years work experience will only give me 15 points more. with a total of 415. and right now looking at the draw i cannot reply on the fact that it will decrease to such an extent.

Believe me there are lot of people who's redoing this as its the best option to bump up you're score.
We had to do thrice to bump from 340 to 474..but once you get the score you should feel good

hmm. then may be i should study and Re-do it. if that's the best and only option i have , i suppose.
my situation sounds like i need 8 in each which seems difficult but maybe i should start studying then.

You need 8 in listening which you already have and 7 in the rest...book a date asap as there a delay delaying getting dates.

Her writing pointers are good and try to follow her rules and you could deftly flip from 7 or more..
