Urgent....Help on POF on spouse account

Dear all,

I am about to submit my application, but just now the consultant told me that POF should be only on PA (me ) name or joint with my spouse (accompanying ). We split the funds into both our accounts but it's not joint account. Problem is that bank accounts for funds are saved in our home country while we currently live in China , so there is no way we could go back right now. Do you guys think a self declaration from my spouse would be sufficent ?? please advise.

Need your urgent reply please. Would be so grateful .

Make sure you’re including your bank statements and bank letters.

We have done the same, I am accompanying spouse and I have provided a letter of authorisation for my spouse to use the funds in my account as needed for immigration.

Ok well great then, I have already got bank letter and bank statements ready for both our account. One more question please, do you advise that the letter should be notarized or just a signature would do ??

A simple letter is fine. Notarising is not required.
