Possibility of changing the country for an TRV interview

I just talked to Riyadh visa office again and they asked me to send an email to Sydney office and they’ll contact the Riyadh visa office immediately.

Respected Visa Officer,

I’m writing this in regards to an email Received from Sydney Visa office on 03/04/2018 for an interview.

I would like to inform you, I’m not in Australia and I won’t be able to make it for an interview on 13/04/2018.

I’m currently in Saudi Arabia on a 3 months Single entry family visit visa and to perform Umrah. Therefore I would like to change my interview location from Sydney, Australia to Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

I have contacted the Riyadh visa office and I've been advised to contact the Sydney office first and then my file will automatically be transferred to Riyadh visa office to re-schedule my interview.

Please find the attached files for your reference.

Thank you for your email of XX date, requesting me to attend an interview at the Sydney visa office on XX date. For reference, my UCI Number is XXXXXX. I had applied for a Temporary Resident Visa, through an online submission, on XX date, when I was in Australia.

I should point out, however, that owing to personal reasons, I am currently in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia along with my parents, on a single-entry visa. I would be returning to Pakistan on XX date. As such, it would not be possible for me to attend the interview in Sydney, Australia.

I would request you to allow me to attend the interview at the Riyadh visa office on April 13. I was informed by the Riyadh visa office today that they would re-schedule the interview after they receive my file from the Sydney visa office.

I would, therefore, appreciate your consent to re-schedule the interview.

I can be contacted either by telephone (my number is XXX-XXXX) or email.

Friday is the dead line.
It must be done on/before the 13th April.
