How do I upload my spouse's Schedule A+mine in my PR online account?

I've linked my paper PR application to my online account. Now I need to upload police certificates and Schedule A for myself AND my spouse (my sponsor). However, when I go to upload documents, there is only one space for document to upload. I can only either upload my Schedule A or my spouse's.

The email I got from CIC says:

You must complete the Schedule A Background/Declaration (IMM 5669) form which is found at the following link: http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/pdf/kits/forms/eIMM5669E.pdf.

YOU AND ALL YOUR FAMILY MEMBERS AGED 18 OR OLDER (if applicable) must submit this form. This must be received at this office by a given deadline.

As can be seen the email from CIC clearly asks for the ScheIe A for me AND my family member which I assume is my spouse (who's also my sponsor).

I am approaching my deadline, I appreciate if you can share your thoughts or personal experiences, if any.

An applicant’s closest relatives, in the context of an application to CIC. It is defined as a spouse or common-law partner, dependent children, and their dependent children.

See the definition of family member. The sponsor does not fill out Schedule A. It's for applicants only.
