Overlapping work experience

Hello guys

My question is related to work experience outside of Canada. I Started working, full time (40 hours a week) for a company in 2010.

I then started working full time for a different company in 2015, but I continued working after hours for the first company. I am currently working for both companies. Is it mandatory for me to mention this situation in my express profile? I am concerned that an Immigration officer would notice income from two separate sources for the 6 months of bank statements I will need to supply and may question as to why I did not mention the second. If this is advisable, how would I go about doing this?

Could I create an additional row, in my express entry profile, for the first company with reduced hours and the dates overlapping those of the second company?

Meaning that I would have one row for the first company from 2010 to 2015 (40 hours a week), a second row for the same company from 2015 to current (5 hours a week) and a third row for the second company from 2015 to current (40 hours a week).

Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance.

Yes, do it like that. I did it and it was ok. Your employment letters should reflect this as well of course.
