Just for my confirmation, so this means even if he starts his license now, he can still submit once he receives it, which will take atleast 9 to 12 months.

Lastly, sorry for asking this, Im just worried, thats all.
- Do you know for sure if his application will not be cancelled or rejected by SNIP because it will take 10 months?

Hello Guys,

Could you please suggest and help me, what could be done in my Brother's case:

My Brother missed to obtain or to initiate this license or proof of (APEGS) which show "Engineering-in-Training membership".

He has filed his PNP application. Can he file and intiate this process now to obtain this membership?
Will his application be still valid? can hold his application until he submits this membership proof?

Is it possible if he explains his case to CIS and applies now and get the certificate in coming 10 months?

Please suggest and help.

Yes you are right its mentioned on the SINP website, but it doesn't talk about how long they will hold the application and wait. Thats the answer I am looking for.

some noc license will take more time. In that cases candidates are submitting confirmation letter,

We got a response from immigration officer that they will hold the application until one year from the date application was filed. - Thanks for all your help.

Brother I mentioned letter from APEGS indicating that you have been assigned Confirmatory Exams.

Better he will apply for APEGS just now. And apply for SINP in next intake, probably in May.
Then he can withdraw his previous SINP application. Because he is late. Min. time for obtaining license about 1 year. In January 2019 they will refuse his SINP application.

Hello Seniors,
Need your valuable suggestion.

I have applied for Engineering in Training in April 2018 so should I apply to SINP in very next draw considering they will keep my file on hold for one year until I show my confirmation letter.

If yes, Do I need to write any letter of explanation indicating my application to EIT is in process.
