I mean x-ray report. On my gckey i still can't see that if i passed medical. Because of my pregnancy i did my x-ray after delivery.

Well most cases they don’t acknowledge the client. But I think u ll see the change when your background check.

This morning I got the pre-arrival email. Ecas shows as decision made but the GCKey account still says that in process. Does this mean my application is approved?

Congrats! You should get your PPR email within 1-3 days now. GCKEY status continues to be in process until COPR has been issued.
