Alright .
1. You need to show the commercial registration of the gas station , and alongside that any documents , like Memorandum of Association .
I am sure there should be something more legal than a letter from the gas station .

2. Your visa pages , or study permit copies related to Japan would be enough . Since you graduated , didn't you get any certificate ?

3. This helps a lot . A letter would be perfect . But you need the stamp because with a stamp things look more genuine .
Doesn't the university have a stamp policy ? If not make sure it's on the Uni letterhead , provide a number of the HR , sign it from them .
But I highly suggest you try getting some stamp on the letter .

2 . Attach the degree and all educational transcripts , people applying online were never asked to submit edu docs as usually there's no place to upload , but upload in letter of explanation like you saw in my SOP after page 6 .

Some were REFUSED citing no documents provided proving their education .

3. Well that doesn't help , but a letter of intention to hire , which should be stamped at least .

Presently, I hold a short term resident permit valid from 16.11.2017 to 16.11.2019 two years.
Also, the transcripts of my bachelor's degree which I studied in India is around 8 pages. Shall I upload all of them? The guidance for paper application of student permit for Afghan nationals state that the study plan should be one page only, but there is no such guidance for online application . Whats your insight on that ? Thank you

The paper application says only one page , but ignore that , write as much as you can .
That helps a lot , I found some people who applied online without giving a LOE , thinking they'll be called for interviews and then they can explain , sadly were refused and the comments from VO was insufficient information .

Just write the important points , and like you saw my SOP , mention the important ones .

As it's an online application the visa officer wouldn't have a huge stack of files , our e-applications are easily accessed so 2 or 3 pages don't matter .

Regarding degree , don't you have one paper which mentions the marks of all 4 years ?

One more doubt lol, I have completed all my post secondary education (Bachelor's and master's in English), and I took ielts in 2013, my overall band was 7.0. Some universities exempt from asking language proficiency certificate if the medium of instruction of previous studies was English. You also did not submit your IELTS score for study permit I guess. So, my question is : on the first page of the form , there is a box which reads( have you taken an English Exam ), should I tick yes ? and include my certificate 2013? thanks bro

Not always it's about home country or country of residence .
It all depends on the documents , I applied from Saudi Arabia , in 2 weeks got my visa .

How many pages is your study plan? Is the study plan strictly 1 page only? What if you go beyond 1 page will it be a ground for refusal?
