O and A levels Certificates to WES. URGENT HELP

im an Acca affiliate and i also have BSC honors in applied accountancy. I did bachelors in Arts from lahore and before that O and A levels. who is going to send my O and A levels certificates to WES ? Is it cambridge or british council ?

I don't think you need to send your O & A levels for equivalency if you have a degree
