Hi.

I have created my express entry profile and my CRS is 397. Can someone let me know whether I can apply for SINP.

My NOC is 0122- Banking, credit and investments managers.

This NOC is not in SINP Demand list. So you can't apply for that.

This NOC is in Nova Scotia Demand list . Check it, if it will work. Noc 6235

I'm July 2017 applicant, applied for 0721 though I added skills of 1224 in my reference at the time of preparing for SINP as both were in demand thinking it would be an added advantage.Reason that I took up both functions when the property manager resigned. Unfortunately at the point of submission 1224 had been removed but proceeded since i still qualified for 0721 which was still in demand
No ADR
After waiting for 8months, just got ineligibility for nomination.
Summary reason: assessment of my skill falls in Noc 1224 which is not in demand.
I had sincerely hoped that my education which is estate management, work experience and financial requirement will push me through the program.

Unfortunately both NOcs are no longer in occupation in demand so i can not reapply.

Need advise on how i can ask for a 2nd review

Don't go for second review . In my opinion. It takes about 2 years and they generally not change ther decision.

Thank you all for your response.

Reading the reason for ineligibility again was my education which they say falls in 1224. Apparently the reviewer/manager believes having a degree in Estate management qualifies me to work as a property administrator and not facility maintenance manager.

Meanwhile, Estate management is a vase discipline comprising of property Valuation, Property Development, Real Estate Agency and marketing, property management, Facility management, Taxation. Which implies that i can use my degree to work in any organization that specializes in these areas. Moreso, facility management were taught in some courses i did in school

Can my ground be that its an error on the part of SINP. Can this be tackle through mail exchange and not necessarily ask for a 2nd review

No requirement in sinp. Only after getting nomination , for pr application in cic.
In india, you have to apply through passport office online.
Pls don't ask too many unnecessary questions.

I am a petroleum engineer and my jobs code noc 2145 is not in the demand list of saskatchewan but my skills and jobs description of course can pretty fit with geological technologists and technicians noc 2212 which is found in the demand list.

Your min. 70% job duties must match with noc 2212 expected job duties showing in the website, to get success.

Ok thanks , but when applying do I apply as petroleum engineer or under the occupation found in the demand list
And what will I write in the experience letter?
