applying for study visa from new zealand

Hi everyone,

I am from India and currently in New Zealand . I had finished my 2 years study from nz and now on open work visa. I want to go for higher education bachelor degree from canada.
Is there any possibility that I can get study visa if I applying from New Zealand.
I already got 2 times rejection for study visa of canada 4 years ago when I was in india.
Seeking experience advice. Help will be much appreciated.

Why did you get 2 refusals before ? What are you current qualifications, planned course and how will you show intent to return to India on completion of your course , plus how attending college in Canada will help that return ?

1st refusal was your intent to come back amd 2 nd was your course was not matched.
Studied diploma in business management and planned course is bachelor in business admin.
