I ordered a second set too, just yesterday! Will update once they're in hand 30 days later

Thanks for the encouragementRelax. I have the exact same timeline as yours and got my notes recently. And they indicate that my eligibility is almost complete. So, don't worry what the account says, I'm sure your notes will have much better news
Oh thats cool,I guess files in Ottawa follows different procedure,any notes from CIO guys?It was the case analyst in CPC Ottawa
R10 and A11.2 Clearance is a big relief,In my GCMS,the first notes were from a Case Analyst,he basically did R10 Check on my file,The second was rest of the Rz and A11.2,done by Case Processing Agent.I was just trying to search the difference between Pass and Recommend Pass,and only thing I found out was Recommend Pass is transmitted to CPA by some intermediary Agent and he use 'Recommend Pass',but then again they are all at CPO,your file is in Ottawa,which probably means CIO phase should be cleared.
You should have gotten it immediately,but wait for a day or two,and i have tried to track it but it wont work.i used getgcms.com
