Why does my Certificate of Qualification = 0 even with an ECA ?

My CRS - Skill Transferability - Certificate of Qualification = 0 even after submitting an ECA for a bachelors degree in Medicine.

My Skills Transferability are as follows on my Application.
CRS - Skill Transferability - Education 25
CRS - Skill Transferability - Foreign Work Experience 50

When i use the Comprehensive Ranking tool I get the following:

Skill transferability factors
Education

• A) Official Language proficiency and education = 25
• B) Canadian work experience and education = 0

Subtotal = 25

Foreign work experience

• A) Official Language proficiency and foreign work experience = 50
• B) Canadian and foreign work experience = 0

Subtotal = 50

Certificate of qualification = 50

Subtotal Skill transferability factors = 100

I am confused as to why this is so, could there be an issue with my application where the information was not saved by any chance ?

Any advice is appreciated.

You do not qualify for the 50 points given for a certificate of qualification.

Because an ECA is NOT a certificate of qualification.
