I signed it 3 days before the test and printed exactly the date when I signed it. Hand writing is acceptable as this form can not be filled up in computer. You should handle this form to the Citizenship officer at the time of your interview, they will ask for it.

I also received an email from Kitchener Office this morning saying that my Ceremony is on April 13th at 12:45. E-Case hasn't changed yet

Need some info to prove physical presence

I traveled to US twice on work trip but I don’t have US entry stamp ( US took my I-94) or Canada entry stamp on my passport. Once I entered Canada by bus and second time by car. What will the citizenship officer will look for in these 2 trips from me? Thanks for help

They can, if you checked that item on your application, request your CBSA entry/exit records. When you crossed the border your PR card was scanned, so even if you do not have stamps there should be a record.

(This can be done quickly; people have reported seeing their application status change a few days after their interview in such cases. Note that there's no guarantee that'll be visibly so quickly for you, as other checks may still be pending on your application at the time of your test and interview.)

If (extremely unlikely) those entry/exit records are missing, you may be asked to prove your presence and you would be sent a letter specifying which documents they want you to provide.

Hope there's no issue for you when you do your inteterview (did you get test invite already)? I have the same thing in my passport with one or two entry stamps not available into USA or Canada. Would like to know your experience.
