Gift deed lettet format for proof of funds

Hi,

Regarding funds for express entry, my father transferred an amount to my account which I transferred to my wife's bank acount as she is the primary candidate in the process.
I wish to know how many gift deed letters are we supposed to provide. Is it one from my father and one from me?

Please suggest. Also I really need to know the format of the letter, so please share the information.
