OINP or Wait. Senior Members Please advise.

I have received my NOI from OINP expiring April 7th. I was about to go with it until the recent Monday draw that saw a decrease of 10 basis points. I'm sitting at 438 points. Do I go with the PNP or wait and save some money.

I am concerned about a scenario while my application for OINP is under process, if the ITA Draw comes to my score, will I be receiving an ITA irrespective of whether I have applied for OINP.

Yes, you will receive ITA, if the draw score comes down to 438 or lower. Meanwhile, you can inform OINP and withdraw your PNP application, but you won't get your money back from OINP.
