Congrats my Aor2 is September 11 as well but no update yet

congratulation..
you can submit passport to CPC-Ottawa.

But before submitting, you reply to PPR email requesting "Instructions to submit passport in Canada"

They will inform you in 2-3 days with almost same email as 1st PPR.

Difference between submitting passport is in canada you mail the passport with prepaid return envelope. While in india you submit passport at a VFS office personally.

So if anyone knows this, the GC Key Status update shows all still in progress BGC says processing, Final Decision is in Progress. I am confused. Again, is this because system has not been updated? Thank you in advance for anyone reading this.
