Citizenship of India after opting PR/citizenship of canada

Hello everyone,
I am trying to opt Canadian PR visa through express entry (skilled worker category). If i get the same what will happen to my Indian citizenship. Do i need to withdraw that?

Others can comment as well but only affected when you become a Canadian citizen as do not believe India supports dual citizenship. So no impact becoming a PR as you remain an Indian citizen with an Indian passport until then.

India does not support dual citizenship. But you will remain an Indian citizen till you have PR. Only once you apply for Canada Citizenship you need to give up on Indian passport.

PR won't affect your Indian Citizenship. If you change it to Canadian Citizenship sometime in the future, then you have to give up your Indian Citizenship but you can apply for Overseas Citizen of India (OCI) which is pretty much like having an Indian PR without the need to maintain physical presence requirements as such.
