@ashuindian do we get email notification once BGIP starts? Or we have to keep checking GCKey?

NDVO has some secret criteria of picking files it seems

Why don't u book tickets?
They have to make correction in case of necessity. Because u have a physical passport as a proof.

It means your passport is not dispatched from NDVO.
may be they are correcting their mistake as you already informed them about issue.
