Medical Report- Section A IMM1017e

Hello ,
I need some help please ,
I Applied for Spousal sponsorship.

Today I got an email from CIC telling me that my application is in progress, and at the end of the email there is a section where it says:
** Subject :
Medical Report- Section A client identification and summary (IMM 1017E) - * Date& time * **

So What does that means ? There is no link to this form. from where can I get it ???
Does this email means that I have to undergo medical examination at this stage ???
I need answers as soon as possible.
