those are the reason:-

anybody expalin . my dad is 83 years old . and he is just anormal farmer .but they have peroprty

how to explan VO about this?

1. What was the purpose of their visit? How long did they want to visit?

2. You'll need to post the individual list of documents which they had submitted + your documents as the host

3. What strong ties can your parents demonstrate to their home country: Are they employed/business? If yes, then since how long and how good are their financials? Do they own property or land? Do they live with other family members, especially elderly grandparents or your unmarried siblings?

Try applying Super Visa if you are PR in Canada. It’s just my opinion. Experts @Bryanna please guide if this could be an option for him or not.
