Seems the internet’s servers are down both for the IP2s and IRCC for further updates ;)

I called cic yesterday, she told me my application is with NDVO... I am IP2 on Feb 27.. I believe NDVO takes time. Hopefully it gets done soon!!

I am trying from a landline (India), I am able to reach to them and they will play my status from the portal, but not able to talk to a representative. Any advice on this will be highly appreciated.
Oh is it. I am sorry, I myself have never called them. Today I have trying to call CIC using Hangouts. But it's not happening.
Usually my sister who is in Canada, does the calling part for me.
I am afraid I am of no help here. :(

That's fine. Anyone who has called IRCC from India, if you could please suggest on this.

You can call them via skype on +1 613 944 4000. Try and call them after 12 midnight IST if you wish to speak to n agent. Otherwise, you'd not be redirected to an agent if the office is receiving too may calls. Best is to call when ISA is sleeping.

dialed the same number. I dialed using my cell phone. Not skype if it helps.

Just an update since I asked this question, I kept trying the same no i.e. 1 613 944 4000, and after several attempts got to talk to a rep.

What she suggested is that my file was being processed from Sydney office and currently lying with NDVO since Jan 24th. When I asked which checks have been done and which ones pending, she simply said she can not look into that since the file is not in Ottawa. So what I understood is that if file is in not Ottawa, they may not be able to have the detailed view.

Nonetheless, if somebody could translate this update from them to me as what and how should I interpret them?

Is there a way to talk directly wth the VO? That way you would be able to have that information.
