Created Profile With Incorrect Sibling Claim

When I created my express entry profile, my sister had already gotten her CoPR and it was the night before she moved to Canada.

I claimed the 15 points for having a sibling in Canada as I had misunderstood the requirements. Since then, I've learnt that the sibling should be residing in Canada and at least have a (signed by immigration on landing) CoPR for points to be claimed. She now has that, as well as utility bill payments.

Note: I would have been eligible for the pool even without those points.

My question is: should I delete my profile and create a new one?

With the information you've provided it seems that she is now in Canada and has her signed copr and utility bills. So what's the problem? I think you can proceed ...have you received ITA?

I was worried that it might be seen as misrepresentation. I haven't gotten ITA yet but my points aren't far from the last draw so I just wanted to be sure.

If your sister is staying in Canada at the time you get ITA, then there's nothing to worry.
