Can't open IMM 1295 form!!! Please help!

My Adobe is up to date and yet I can't open this form..it's driving me crazy! I've also tried on other computers..
Can someone please help me and tell me how to get around this?

Hi,

You should download it and save it on your computer, then right click on the saved version on your computer and select "open with" , then choose Adobe reader.

Yes,you can download it from the right source from Cic website by paper application form or from online. Just make sure you do it correctly. I have heard others who couldn't open the file,but they couldn't download I haven't heard it.just click on download page from your online Adobe reader it 's page when you click it appears. Down arrow symbol is for download.
