I think you can actually send a mail directly to the high commission of Canada and enquire. Find out from the VFS you applied. I remember seeing one in my center.

I applied on nov 6 2017 for jan 2018 session (crossed 140 days) and still waiting for final decision. Mailed them many times but no reply till now.
