CIC will surely use the exchange rate to calculate its equivalent in CAD.

Once you arrive you'll need to open a bank account in Canada and you can transfer the money from India to that account (and it will be deposited in CAD according to the exchange rate). I don't know the exact mechanisms available in India for international transfers or wires, ask your bank.

Generally, if you ask the bank to mention the CAD value of your INR funds as on the day the balance certificate is issued, they would. In case they are not ready to mention the same, you can use an online FX Calculator and arrive at the CAD value of your funds and use the screenshot and attach it to the Letter of Explanation.

Plz reply.
As bank will not give equivalent Canadian dollor and it's obvious that u can't transfer money from anywhere without being physically present.
So how this issue will be solved

Actually you can. I'll share what I did: back in 2007 when I moved to the USA I added my mother to my bank account in my country, so she could go to the bank and transfer money to my american account whenever it was needed.

Nowadays Many banks allow international transfers through online banking. I have accounts in 2 different banks, one allows it online, the other doesn't.

There's also Paypal and some other services that would allow you to send money to Canada form your computer.

And even if the bank won't give you equivalent in CAD, CIC will calculate it using the exchange rate, don't worry.
